"I read so many negative comments about every single phone available on here I was pulling my hair out ! Moan moan moan and I thought to myself what phone now do I actually buy ?
My old BT phone although still available was total rubbish as everything from a national provider is I had callers UK and Internationally say if I moved way from the base at all the reception was awful.
So anyway from all the reviews and a mind of my own I chose this phone......

"On opening product it was missing its' battery. 'Phoned shop and assistant Sarah (at Imperial Park Bristol) said no problem I will bring it to you. After work. In her own time, and in her own car she brought the battery to my home and I live 8 miles outside of Bristol. How's that for service? Sarah needs a pay rise!"
