"I got these for my elderly mother. I chose them because they looked easy to use and have words like 'play' and 'phonebook' on the buttons rather than symbols and menus that she may find confusing. So far she is quite pleased with them although she has complained that they are too quiet when in use, even when the volume is set at max. Seems strange that phones which appear to be designed for older people dont go louder!"

"Bought after reading reviews. Got them set up couldn't have a conversation as i could hear myself through the ear piece like a echo. Very crackely like a out of tune radio in backround.
Returned them to argos no problem said it could be due to our location not sure. Swapped for some other phones so far so good."

"This telephone has large letters for easy dialling is hearing aid compatable and has a good answering machine. Three units means you can dot the receivers around the house,an overall excellent product"
