"Phone works OK and large buttons suitable for older person but all advertising, packaging and user manual are misleading as it shows two lines of text in the display but you can only store 8 characters with each number."

"Main reasons for buying the model were the large and simple to use buttons, caller display function and good range if out in garden. Not the cheapest ones out there you get what you pay for. Found out they don't work if you have power cut and therefore have to use mobile to call electricty company. The caller display function has to be set-up with BT (who might charge for this service)."
