"having 2 hearing aids meant phoning was a problem - either take out your aid and miss half of what was said or leave it in and just pick up mechanical humming. Once I got used to holding this in a slightly different position (closer to the actual microphone on the aid) I found I could hear very well. So pleased I wish I'd bought two handsets"

"Bought this phone for elderly mother although I've had one for last 2 years, brilliant phone crystal clear and chunky like you've got it in your hand. Big buttons ideal for mother, partner because he has brain damage and me because am clumsy and always in rush. Good for me as slightly deaf in left ear, which is how most of us listen to phone. Good reception area as works when Mother is hanging out washing and takes it with her and also me when go outside. Would recomend to anybody as long as you want a good value telephone and not some trendy, skinny thing that would fall down a drain."
