"I bought this for a Christmas present for my Mum (84). It is easy to use, has Caller Display, Loudspeaker facility, hands free facility and can store up to 100 telephone nos. Very easy to follow and straight forward instructions, would recomend this to anyone aged 10 years to 90 years plus..............Well done BT for producing such and excellent and easy to use telephone, in fact, I' m now going to buy myself one (now why didn' t I think of that at the time I bought it?)"

"The ring tone on this phone is dreadful, the choice of tones are rubbish and even on the loudest setting it couldn't be heard while the TV was on at the same time.
It looks good and is easy to use, but I had to return it after missing too many calls!"
