"Great keyboard, excellent screen. Clear sound with easily ajustable level.
Only one samll niggle so far - BT has reserved key "1" for its own telephone help line so you can't use it as a general hot key. Keys 2-9 are available as hot keys."

"This phone is light easy to hold and has bigger buttons so is very easy to use. Just plug in and away you go. Would reccomend to anyone"

"very good on the whole BUT the up/down switch on the side can annoy when holding phone causing it to function ALSO to purchase a second hand handset was as much as a new single phone. As I purchased item end of November is it possible to exchange for two phone hand set????"

Complements 710 twin pack well

"I wanted a third handset for the BT Freestyle 710 twin. I didn't realise that the single has its own base with its own network, but the instructions made it fairly simple to ignore that and to easily join the twin network. After that, it does just as good a job as the twin pack, namely perfect for my 92-year-old technophobic mother with poor eyesight."
