"I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY 92 YEAR OLD FATHER. HE HAD BEEN HAVING TROUBLE WITH HIS OTHER 'PHONE, BUTTONS TOO SMALL, TOO SLIM TO HOLD. THIS IS PERFECT FOR HIM, LARGE BUTTONS, CHUNKY ENOUGH FOR HIM TO HOLD, SIMPLE TO USE. GOOD BUY, VALUE FOR MONEY, BRAND WE ALL KNOW."

Only one samll niggle so far - BT has reserved key "1" for its own telephone help line so you can't use it as a general hot key. Keys 2-9 are available as hot keys."
