"The product in itself was easy to install into my computer and also easy to add the airtime by either its card or by setting up an account on the website. The only problem that I have encountered so far is the actual reception , trying to use it in my house I need to move in to the front room in order to get reception but this may be due to the steel RSJ that runs across the lounge , as I also have problems using my phone which is with the same provider in this room. once online appears to quite quick . ."

"The only 'difficult' bit setting up this dongle is working out how to get the cover off in order to insert the SIM because this is not mentioned in any of the instructions. Near the USB plug on the top side of the device there is a moon shaped indentation in the plastic cover. Insert your index finger into the indentation and gently lever up the cover. This reveals the SIM slot and the micro-SD card slot. The unit is a Huawei E173 locked to T-mobile but it is possible to get both an unlock code and a flash code for free off the internet by providing the device's IMEI number.
When I purchased this dongle I was pleasantly surprised to get £5 off the advertised price which had already been discounted by £10"

"After purchasing this item, I struggled at first to work it out. Installing the program was simple enough but the topping up was my issue. Once I realised how to do this is was easy enough. The connection itself the Dongle gives you isn't bad, depending on your location. For me, it did disconnect several times which meant just having to close the internet page and reopen it. The only downside to this is you can't watch Youtube videos. I tried and managed to watch just 1min. Overall not a bad product if you just need it for minor things."

WASTE OF MONEY

"What can I say, Well I could so it was great. But it isnt. To tell you the truth It was very very poor.
The signal was very poor indeed.
I have had it for over a week now and used it for the 1st 3 days but got so feed up with the very very slow network that I have not bothered using it anymore.
Total waste of money. Do not buy........"
