Ear Clip Broke immediately

"Primary function of the Ear Clip is to retain the blutooth device in position on the ear.
Primary design requirement for a removable Ear Clip is for it to attach for the 1st time without the occurance of a catastrophic mechanical failure. Enabling the Ear Clip to then become "Removable". It broke whilst being attached to the Blutooth device at the first fitting."
