"I just wanted a standard music stand, nothing special, so I ordered this from Argos without first seeing it. It was a lovely surprise. It's sturdy, functional and looks far more expensive than its cost."

"Small, light and complete with carry case, this does exactly what you expect it to:
Pros: Light, easy to set up, painted (so won't tarnish), lipped lyre-base to prevent music sliding off base, good height adjustment for standing or sitting.
Cons: Tilt lock is a standard friction bolt and will slip if using a heavy music book, but this isn't an issue for sheet music."
