"After reserving online I went to purchase the guitar pack the following day, only to find out it had risen in price!!
The customer services were fantastic and deducted the £10.00 diference. Guitar is a great buy, really happy wth it and super impressed by the customer services."

"Took the first one back as it had a few marks and scratches. The new one was not brilliant but better. Good as a first guitar for my 16 year old son."

"A good full size guitar to learn on, and sounded better than expected.
Only fault is the screw for the strap on the body of the guitar, it comes loose. So keep an eye on it.

"Very poor quality!
The bridge started to break away from the plywood body as i tried to tune it!

Took it back straight away, paid three times the money for another guitar and much better quality.
Dont touch it if you are even thinking about it! Youwill regret it!!"
