What a guitar

"I must confess that The colour white did not really appeal, but when I took the guitar out of the packaging the colour is a beautiful vanilla ice cream shade. Fantastic.
The quality of the guitar is superb and it stays in tune unlike some copies. The action is first class and I am playing it through an effects module and a Carlsbro 100 watt amp.
I cannot fault the Squire in any way. The only thing I might do is re string but the strings fitted are fine. The Squire provides good light and shade when playing with easy to adjust controls.
I have been playing guitar since 1961 so have had my fair share of instruments and as I have said cannot fault the Squire."

Nice Fixer Upper

"Although most people buy this as a first guitar, I purchased it with the intention of modification.
(PLEASE NOTE: BUYING THIS GUITAR WITH THE INTENTION OF MODIFICATION WILL PROBABLY VOID ANY WARRANTY)
I choose this guitar because the basic construction is pretty much the same as its big brother Fender. Alder Body, Bolt on Maple neck, Black dot inlays, Chrome hardware.
Pretty much the only difference between this and a Fender Standard Telecaster is the cheap Chinese electronics / pickups. Once I replaced these and gave it a the guitar a proper set up, it sounds and plays like a dream.
Don't get me wrong, the standard pickups that come with this guitar are great, far superior to some of the other 'cheap' brands of guitar.
All in all I would recommend this as a great first guitar or a nice guitar to buy and tinker with.
As a final note, this guitar is not Arctic White. It is cream, but I prefer that."
