"A very neat little DVD player and exceptionally good value for money.
I followed the simple process necessary to upgrade it to 'multi region' capability and it now plays all my UK and US DVDs - as well as my own DVD recordings.
I wasn't able to play a DVD+R I'd been sent; however, I suspect that the DVD hadn't been recorded in a compatible format.
Great little machine - just what I'd wanted to complement my Toshiba 19BV500B kitchen TV which sits on top of it.
The usual Argos efficiency made this a 100% painless consumer experience!"

"We needed a basic dvd player for exhibitions; something simple for clients to use, easy to set up and smart looking. 30 seconds out the box and it's up and running. Took longer to plug the cable in than to work out how to use it. A couple of quid more than the cheapest one, but well worth it."
