"This is a good basic freeview box for a lightly used TV, say in kitchen or guestroom. It does what it says on the tin, no more no less for the price. Niggles are the info button just gives the current & next program title, to get a synopsis you need to go to EPG. A further niggle is the EPG only shows the programmes for the current channel, it isnt laid out like the more higher spec boxes. However it is perfectly ok for a little or short used TV."

"This Alba freeview box has a nice appearance but thats all.
When it was plugged in for the first time it pretty well tuned itself into all available digital tv stations no problem.

It was then switched off to route the cabling neatly to the television receiver but would not switch on afterwards . no sign of life whatsoever. It had to be returned."

"I brought this freeview box about 2 weeks ago now and it will be going straight back to argos as it keeps going off, as you go through the EPG menu to see whats on it turns over as you are going through the EPG so you cannot see what programmes are on."
