"I found the remote control poor and it didn't seem in sinc with the set. After many attempts to switch on and then change channels I gave up and returned to supplier."

"The first requirement we had was the colour and design of the TV (not piano black!).
We are dissapointed with the picture quality. Although it is a LED edge lit tv with several automatic picture features, the picture is always too dark (unwatchable in daylight). We know It is a 'value' TV but have seen better pictures on normal lit LCD screens of same price range."

"this tv had the best spec i could find at this price range and was only bought for mounting in the kitchen however it kept turning itself off at regular intervals which i thought could have been a sleep timer setting but before i had chance to check it out it wouldnt turn on at all so had to return it.after being checked again at the shop it was found to be faulty but they took it back no problem."
