"Bought these to use on holiday and the sound is perfectly OK for this purpose and they are very good value. The speakers aren't chargeable but you can plug them into the mains if you have a usb lead with an electric plug, e.g. the lead used for charging a Rio. So useful if you want to use them in a hotel room. Unfortunately I bought rechargeable batteries and a charger based on the Argos description so will have to return these for a refund."

"I bought this item for when we go camping, it's great as it has a built in stand for your ipod/mp3 player, the stand pulls out and has plenty of room for a large player to fit, my ipod classic fit's well, it has an on/off switch also volume control and has the speaker jack that you plug straight into your player, also comes with a usb cable, sound is really good, just remember to turn up the volume on your player too, all in all a great buy, very pleased with it, thank you argos!."

"i think that this purchase was average as it is quite a strange doc station as you have to open it up and change parts around. the sound quallity is average because if you have it up to loud then the sound qullity can get very poor!"

"Nice folding design protects the speakers. For travel speakers these give excellent quality sound at a very affordable price. Would have liked the 3.5mm jack to have a slightly longer wire as it barely fits back into its storage position. Too early to tell how long the batteries last."
