great if you know before how to use

"brought this for my 9 yr old daughter thought it would be very simple to use, which it is when you finally work out how to get music on it, when plugged into computer all info should come up which it didnt so on your own you have to work it out, found loads of people online had same problem with the shuffle. once we worked that out which took hours online(as never had a ipod), its fairly simple and easy to use, great for a 9yr old."
