"I'd always fancied a smartphone but with 2 kids, this luxury had to sit on the back burner. Imagine my surprise when my wife decided I'd been good this year and buy me one as an early Christmas present!! Brilliant little phone, I honestly thought it would be a bit of a novelty and I wouldnt really find a huge use for it, but this just hasnt happened. Between still having fun looking for and trying new apps, to the great camera and instant facebook sharing abilities, it never leaves my side. Does everything I would have wanted a smartphone to do and more. Get one you will not be disapointed, As mentioned on here, the battery life is a little poor, but since I've started using app killer software and generally keeping it on charge in car or van I have never noticed it as a problem"

"So I've had the phone just over a week and it wasn't something that is difficult to get used to. The apps are brilliant, the phone is fast, reliable and in general, good all round (minus the battery).
I only have two problems with this phone.
The first problem (only minor) is that if you want to open a pdf on the internet (which I need to check bus times when I'm out) I have to download it and then use an app to open it as the phone does not have this feature to open in the browser automatically. It's an inconvenience really.
One of the biggest problems is the battery life. If you’re using the phone a lot then it lasts 4 hours. If your using it a little then it'll just about last the day but you have to charge it every night. I was debating returning it and the only reasons I didn't was that the rest of the phone was so good and after speaking to friends and family they let me know they all have the same problem (not just the Wildfire S) and you can put up with it if you charge it whenever you are at home."
