"My Son is delighted with this phone and says it is the best phone he has had the only down side to it as far as he is concerned is the battery life. He charged his phone in France and by the time he reached the UK his battery was flat and we were unable to contact him.
He is actually using the phone as an MP3 player so this is the probable reason for the short battery life."

"first blackberry i spent over a week and numerous phone calls to 02 who sent a new sim the the engineers had a look and told the handset was faulty took back to the store where the staff were very helpful exchanged it for another one got it home put the sim in it work perfect from the off still i don,t think i,d buy another one"
