Excellent Purchase"
The 4GB RAM means that I can have many Browser Tabs open without worrying about slowing the system. My previous laptop had 2GB and frequently slowed right down.
The only downside for me is that the 500GB drive, reduced to 464GB available (because of the space taken by the Operating System) is then split 50/50 across the C (System) & D (Data) drives, giving an effective 232GB usable memory. My previous laptop was weighted more in favour of the System drive (about 70/30), which I much preferred.
I've not rated the Battery Life, as I tend to keep it plugged in."
