"bought this tablet it lasted 2 days would not charge. argos exchanged it.replacement no problems. it is brilliant and excellent value for money loads of free apps to get and comes with a kindle reader.skpe works so does itv player and bbci player when you get app for adobe air only thing can not find a case for it"

"Very happy indeed. Let's deal with the (minor)issues first:
The left side of the pad has a poorly designed plastic case edge which creaks/moves when you hold it. Doesn't stop it working but it could be better.
You really need to update the system software (firmware) before you use it - it's not difficult and the instructions are clear on the Viewsonic Website (but not in the box AND the upgrade checker on the device informs you wrongly, that it is up to date).
Finally, the availability of Apps is limited because it doesn't use a formal version of Andoid and therefore can't use the Android App market. However, key things you probably need like music and video players, office document access etc are all available.
That's it for the bad news. Rest is all good. It works well and looks brilliant. For the price nothing to touch it.and for us it does what was intended - a general purpose media access unit for use in the kitchen/diner.
Really happy with it from the moment of opening the box."

"bought bases on argos q&a that skype video worked, it does as long as you like being seen upside down to the person you contact or flip the pad and have them upside down, skype does not support this platform, On the possitive side it is a sleak pad with lots going for it for the price if you are looking for a pad that is not important that you can't video skype only talk you would be happy with this . Does lots that more expensive pads do allthough google apps are also not available if these issues were sorted i would reccomend unfotunatly for the moment i can;t, mine was returned and went for a new laptop instead."

"bought this product with hesitance after reading some reviews on here but have to say am totally impressed with the tablet. Does everything i want it to do and more! did have the issue of it crashing like others but after emailing viewsonic got a reply really quickly with link to software update and has worked perfectly fine since. If your new to tablets then this is a great one to start with as fantastic product and value for money."

Nice and slim but not Google Certified!

"It's a nice light and slim product but the Andoid OS has not been certified by Google, hence you can't dowload from their Marketplace.
There is a link to a different marketplace though which does support quite a few apps."
