As it is many years since I have purchased a gas cooker I did not realise that the flexible hose is not included. Belling explained that this is to prevent people "fitting" their own and is understandable but I feel that this should be clearly pointed out so that you can check your gas fitter has one before he turns up!"
Later that day new unit installed, happy with the cooker. Waited 2 more days to have old cooker collected, as I needed to be at home to sign for it's collection ! Leaving it outside at the back was not an option ! So what was supposed to be a seamless deliver, collect and install meant I had to be at home for two full days rather than the time slot suggested in their adverts. In short, buy the cooker, it is good, but not their collect and connect unless you have two days to waste."
