"I purchased ths freezer as a replacement to my old one, very pleased with it and would recommend to anyone considering a similar purchase.
The only con against, is that it takes a while to get to the required operating temperature,so dont go out and buy frozen food on it's delivery
day."

"I ordered on line and had a bit of trouble, put my details in and my card details then everything froze and I did not know if the order had gone through so I had to ring up and ask. They had it on their records that everything was okay and just to come out of the screen, which I did. I ordered from Argos because they offered early delivery, within 3 days, stores offered 1 month and could not wait that long. Offered me 2 delivery times to suit. On day of delivery rang and said they would deliver within 1 hour but I said I was waiting to go out, so they promised within 30 mins and true to their word they arrived on time. Unpacked it and took away packaging, a bonus. Had to fit feet on freezer which was a problem as heavy and it needed 2 people to do so if you live alone not possible. Got a bit worried when did not freeze food after several hours, so lowered it down. Did freeze after about 8 or so hours and is okay now. Just have to be pacient."
