Motor fell off

"Cannot fault delivery etc but when it was taken upstairs in the correct manor, the motor had not been correctly fitted and it fell out. Luckily my wonderful other half managed to fit it back in and the fridge/freezer seems to be working ok. I cannot blame this on Argos at all. This was a manufacturing fault. I know I should have sent it back, but it took that long to get it up the stairs, that we were too tired to try to get it back down them."
