"I ordered my Hotpoint Fridge Freezer on line. The following day we received a call from a sales lady who advised delivery within five days. We chose to have it delivered on a Saturday which suited us best at the time. The delivery men arrived within the times we were quoted and were very good setting the new unit up and taking away the old fridge freezer.
This was all done 10 days before Christmas.
Considering it being a busy time of year the service was excellent and we were able to stock our new fridge freezer with goodies for the holiday period. Excellent service from Argos."

"Both the fridge and freezer are a good size. Seems to be a sturdy well made item. Only small grumble is that the section in the door for holding bottles is very narrow"

Happy with item

"Although I am happy with the item delivered, I am disappointed with Hotpoint. We were promised an a.m. delivery, i.e. before 1, so my husband took a 1/2 day holiday. I phoned Hotpoint when it was getting close to 1 o'clock because there was no sign and was told that it was an all day delivery, which was not what I had agreed to (the previous choice was the Monday and that was definitely an all day delivery, which is why I opted for the delivery on Tuesday).
However, when I phoned to book the delivery, I had asked if the driver could phone me up to 1 hour before he was due, as I wasn't sure I could get the time off work - wasn't expecting a phone call but he did, indeed, phone, so that was a plus point for the delivery driver."
