Made life easier Bought this for my elderly Mum who can't get out to her chest freezer anymore. It easily holds everything she needs to tide her over for a while and has made life so much easier all round. Was worried about the noise but it's as quiet as a mouse and the capacity was much better than expected. 24 June 2014
good little freezer bought it as freezer compartment in new fridge/freezer not as large as old freezer. this is handy size for keeping upstairs in spare bedroom for keeping extra stuff in. seems to work ok, early days yet but no problems so far. 19 June 2014

I've checked all Q&As re this but there is no satisfactory answer... Should I remove the foam around the copper pipes at the back of the freezer or is it meant to stay on? The instructions about removing packaging do not mention anything about it so I'm not sure whether it's packaging or extra protection. Thanks

Answer:
I would say leave the foam around the copper pipes on the freezer. They are there to help keep the pipes cool.
