"Hard to get overjoyed with a tumble dryer but love this machine. It's so cute! It's as simple as they come to operate & dries well & quickly. The low/high switch is perfectly clear & the timer dial a cinch to use. The door opening is perfectly acceptable & the fluff filter works a treat. It does have to be inserted at a rather peculiar angle but once you get used to this it is not a problem. Yes you do have to take it out on a regular basis to de-fluff but this is usual with tumble dryers. It is not quiet but neither is it noisy. If people find it slow to dry then I guess they are putting too many clothes in at once. It is after all a 3kg machine & not a 7kg one as my previous tumble dryer was. It is a machine for one or two & not a family. It is incredibly easy to move since it has wheels & I would recommend it to anyone who is not after drying a family wash. The only thing I miss on this machine is that it does not have a buzzer to let you know when the dryer has finished but this is a small point. Also whilst I have an outside outlet I have not as yet connected the vent kit, which is at the back of the machine, & the condensation in my kitchen has in fact been tolerable even without opening a window. The main thing to remember is not to overload.
Argos delivered on time, took my old machine away, which I had obviously disconnected ,& the delivery men also took away all the packaging. Top marks. Now everyone stop griping. You get what you pay for!!"

Fits the bill exactly

"My old tumble dryer having died (and only 32 years old!), I wanted to replace it with another compact model. The 382 is great, the reverse action is a great improvement on the "one way only" action of the predecessor - less creasing, less bundling. The only down-side is that the venting hose is quite short but otherwise I'm very pleased with it."

"I had a old white knight tumbler dryer and I had for over 15 yrs. So I wanted another one to take it's place, so I up graded to the reverse one, which is excellant and it is quiet, than my old one. Worth every penny!!!"
