"Brilliant washing machine with a good choice of wash cycles. The Eco ones that wash using cold water are brilliant, equally as good as with hot for normal laundry. I use the no 14 fast wash eco cycle the most as not only does it save me money and time, the end result is wonderfully clean, soft fresh clothes in just 30minutes!"

"Delivery was excellent and my old machine taken away. But washing machine would not start. A Hotpoint Engineer called within three days and found that the door lock was faulty and the back of the machine was severely damaged. He could not have repaired the door lock as this machine wasn't on his computer and he could not have ordered or fitted any parts.This model wasn't even listed in the hotpoint list. Needless to say the machine was returned and we have now purchased an LG machine which is absolutely brilliant."
