"This machine was bought for elderly parents. They should have had a basic machine with less options. They find it a bit confusing. Also a short half hour wash for lightly soiled items seems to be missing from the options. They would have liked a short wash option. Most washes take well over 60-90 mins. There is 15 min wash but gel washing caps don't dissolve during this wash.The machine works o.k. and they are happy with the results. There was a problem with the initial plumbing by the delivery driver so engineer called back within a few days to rectify the problem. Good service."

Great replacement for my "Old Faithful"

"Machine delivered and installed exactly on time. Managed to wash two loads before departing for a few days away. My old machine was at least 20, or more, years old, so this one looks good, fits properly under the counter and works well. Old machine taken away for recycling as part of the package. All done and dusted in under an hour. l"
