"I have used it and I find it very annoying that it shuts itself off . I prefer the one I had before that was simpler to use and I could leave it on all the time .I like it on all night and not to wake me up as its gone cold and spoils my sleep"

"Fast heat up. Previous model could be set to 12 hours; the 9 hours which this one gives isn't always long enough. Have to reset temperature and time for each use. "Extra foot warmth" not noticeable. Connector is in an uncomfortable position if one sleeps at the edge of the bed - it ought to be higher up. But the fast heat-up outweighs most of these negatives."
