"Really easy to hold and direct over the head, but because the blade is on edge rather than parallel to the scalp, it's a bit like trying to mow your lawn with a strimmer - OK when the grass is long but if you want a really close cut it can't do it evenly because the blade is just the wrong type for the job - it points the wrong way. Exactly this happened with my hair - set to its shortest setting the results were patchy and very uneven. Also because of the concave shape it was impossible to do behind the ears, meaning you will always need this plus another trimmer. Pretty useless if you like your hair proper short."

"I bought these clippers to replace my Phillips that were starting to wear out/lose battery life etc. However, I wish I'd bought another set of Phllips! I have cut my hair 3 times with these new clippers - at first I thought it was me not doing it properly...these clippers left my hair uneven & in some places a lot shorter than others! Therfore my partner had a go at my hair with them & the same thing happened! The reason being (& I think I have a normal shaped head) is that the curve design on the clippers doesnt match my head shape all over, hence in the places it doesn't match I get uneven cut hair. I have ended up having to go over my hair again with my old Phillips all 3 times! Nice looking product for sure, but definately not convinced & won't be using."

"Well made product, does what it says on the box. If you want short hair this is the one to get.
I knocked one star off because of the initial charge time of 16 hours thought that was a bit too long, but otherwise it is a good purchase."

"I have been looking for a clipper that goes down to 1mm (below the normal number ‘1’ (3mm) theat everyone seems to do) as I like the very close cut look/feel - this goes down to 1mm. It is very easy to cut your own hair with, charge lasts quite a few cuts – it is small and light so can be easily taken on holiday - cordless also so is very convenient to use. Worth the money."

"Great little product, dead easy to use no more trips to the hairdressers. 2 Minutes on a Sunday morning and I am always done for the week. Even one of my mates notice that my hair wat dead neat, not bad for a fella to notice."
