"I bought this product two weeks ago and i got it home and it wouldn't heat up at all and when I thought that it had heated up nothing happened. I have also read a lot of over bad reviews about this product so I would advice you NOT to buy it."

"This product does NOT do what it says it does.I had a big night out, and reserved this item online, looking forward to having amazingly uplifted volumous roots.The crimping grooves on the plate are so shallow that they don't do anything at all to your hair to make it crimped.At the last minute, i had to wet and re-dry the 'crimped' areas to get my hair back to its original state.
I returned the product to Argos for a full refund.Absolute rubbish.Do NOT buy."

"I returned this product after trying once. They are very small crimpers and a not thick or hot enough to straighten hair. It turned my hair frizzie.
