"It does the job of steaming your face and makes your skin feel fresh :) however on the other hand I dont find the face holder is very comfortable to put your face against, also I find sometimes rather than steam very hot air comes at you and burns your face. Even though it does this it is well worth the money as its cheap."

"Works well but doesn't give an awful lot of steam, plastic grille at bottom is not removable for proper cleaning. Nice small size so easy to store."
