"I was very unimpressed with this product - i had read great reviews but when i came to use them first of all it took about an hour and a half to heat up. Secondly the heat light never changed from red to white to show me the product was ready to use. I returned them pretty quickly!
Ended up curling my hair with my straightners!"

"I brought these as i have a wedding coming up and wanted to curl my hair but had to take them back.
I couldn't even get my hair to stay in the rollers and the pins would not fix the rollers in place. It took over 30mins and the light to say they were hot anough didn't even come on. I was very disappointed with this product!!!"

Took 35 mins to heat up!

"Returned these for a refund the next day as they took 35+mins for the red dot to turn white, indicating they had reached the correct temperature for use! I contacted the Babyliss Customer Service website to confirm this wasn't normal, and they advised me to return them to Argos. Very disappointing. I didn't risk another set."
