Too early to tell at the moment

"I've only had this product for two weeks so cant really say if it's working yet but I just wanted to say that this works on a timer. Like the last review, I also thought my light was faulty as it would switch itself off and nothing in the instruction leaflet mentions anything about this. I emailed the company who informed me that the timer is set for 8 and a half minutes, so therefore, after that time you move onto the next area. I also told them they should clearly state this as many people would probably think its faulty too."

"I haven't long had this product and it claims to work around 8-12wks. The product was easy to use in general. The bits that were quite irritating is that it doesn't always light up when placed on its charger and there is no reliable way of assuring that its ready to use other than to try it and give it a go. Also it would turn off which was a problem if using near eye area because you are advised to keep your eyes shut when using near eyes and you can't tell since you can't hear or feel that the actual light is on. The other point worth mentioning is that each area takes 15mins each per day (so reccommended for decent results) so probably not ideal for alot of spots, maybe just mild acne. As I said, I can't advise on results as only bought recently as 2wks ago as I heard of the red/blue light method and wanted to try a cheap option first so in that respect ok and good value provided it works."
