"I have had this brush before (3rd Sonicare) and it's great. Heads on this one are more substantial than my last Sonicare (the thinner stick type heads) - but it didn't last as long as my first Sonicare - which was the same as this one. Gives a great clean - I've never had a filling and my teeth are white.
