"Really just wanted straightners to play about with. My hair is straight already but wanted to try a few different styles. Read the reviews and thought these sounded OK for price. They do have DVD but I haven't watched it yet. Have been great so far easy to use heat up quickly and don't make hair fizzy - mostly used to curl hair so far."

"Although this product has some good features the plates do not meet evenly so a lot of hair slips out of the grip when using them. I was so disappointed I returned them to the vendor."

"These are good straightners they do the job well and heat up very quickly. Wouldnt use them all the time just special occasions as i can imagine they would damage your hair esp cos u can hear u hair frazzling."

"This was a present for a 12year old, and at the price has so far turned out to be very good value for money, in fact I'm using it more than the GHD's.
