"I had an old(ish) Babyliss - infact, have only ever used Babyliss diffuser hairdryers on my hair. My old is no longer made so I made do with this as they seem to be pretty difficult to find with this make. The diffuser is useless. You can not dry your hair on the fastest speed because your hair is blown out of the diffuser. Totally makes the hair dryer redundant if like me, you have a lot of hair because it takes over 30 minutes to dry on the second fastest speed but using the highest heat. I still gave it 3 stars simply for the fact that as a hair dryer for non-curly hair its fine."
