"During this time of year we miss the sunshine and this lamp certainly provides a little of it. To get the benefit it should be used daily for up to one hour and you can feel the difference in your outlook."

"Bought this lamp because I suffer from SAD It does seam to help & gives me a lift I put it on every morning when I'm working on my computer which usually takes me an hour & thats all I need to help me to face the day. Would reccomend this lamp to anyone who has SAD."

Really works for me.

"This is a very bright lamp for its size and as far as I'm concerned, it does what it's supposed to do. I normally switch it on first thing and leave it on while I get on with my day. I felt more awake after using it and more inclined to being motivated! I think if you have mild SAD then this will probably help relieve the symptoms."
