"This item was a direct replacement for a similar unit. This unit worked for about 13 months until it started going on for only 1 sec. and off for 1 sec all the time.
The new one was purchased as it fitted the original bracket but was adjustable not like the original unit. However, the unit stayed on all the time, night and day wherever you set the controls. Allowed two days to settle down with no result. Took back to Argos for rebate and bought different unit. No problem refund from Argos."
