It is actually what it's says on the box. You can move the lamp light where ever you want it is very stable as well. It is also bright light as well. Really pleased with the lamp I have it over my chair so I can see when reading.really good price as well

Returned this lamp as the base of the lamp kept falling off, which was dangerous as it was a very heavy base. No problems with refund at Argos

Threads no good.
Light is bright and can be angled ok but the threads holding it together do not hold properly so I've glued them together.

Great lamp, good value for money
I bought this lamp a couple of months ago and have been very pleased with it. It is lightweight, flexible and easy to manoeuvre, but stable in use. It gives a very good light for reading and close work. I think it is great value for money, much cheaper than some of the alternatives I looked at, and gives me everything I was looking for. I would definitely recommend it.

Have changed a bulb successfully for this lamp but have had the lamp for years so maybe this is a new version
No, and mine stopped working quite quickly, within a year and having only switched it on a handful of times. Now in landfill. Disappointing.
