Super large Lava lamp

"She is quite heavy and with a 100wat bulb a bit expensive to run. She is lovely thought, they need to be stored upright, the one we got has some wax stuck to the side permanently I am a lavalamp fan and am familiar with cleaning them so no problem for me, but if you get one with bits stuck on the side its because its been put on its side and the wax stuck so take it back! As no amount of heat will move that. Otherwise great buy and lovely lamp , yes it gets hot.. but I dont find it a problem. It is also very very heavy! Think hard its not suitable for children in my opinion as accidents can happen."

"Didnt even turn it on as liquid was about 2" below top cover (5" below sealed lid) which didnt even fit and just rattled around,very dissapointed so took it back & they refuned my money.also beware this is as big as it says on the box and does look huge when you set it up."

"this is a brilliant piece of moving art, my son absolutely loved it. very easy to put together and within a few hours its up and running. amazing how bright it is!!!!"

"Great lamp. Very heavy to carry home but well worth it. First time it takes most of the evening to get itself flowing properly, so bit confused by instruction that it shouldn't be left on for more than 8 hours. Gets very hot so not suitable placed on floor if small children about (gauranteed they will try and touch) and doubt a shelf could take the weight, but perfect on table or unit ."
