"so compact fits lovely in corner only takes up half the space my old one did i only have small kitchen so worktop space is vital. unique crisp plate function works a treat. love the grill cooks evenly all round a excellent buy well please."

"I love it - it really looks the part and although the power is lower than my old one things just take a little longer - it frees up so much room in my small kitchen.
Time counter takes a bit of getting used to but all in all I would buy again"

Good product, let down by inadequate documentation

"We've only had this microwave for a week or so, and we've not yet tried out all of the features, so it's hard to say just how good it is. But purely as a replacement for our previous knackered Russell Hobbs microwave it's good. It fits nicely into the corner of the work surface, and looks smart, and cooks as a microwave should.
But it's proving difficult to test all of the features because it is very difficult, from the minute "Qucik Reference Guide" enclosed with the device, to work out exactly what features are on offer and how to use them. There is no clue anywhere as to how to use the Crisp or th Grill properly, where to position the plates, how long to cook various foods, etc.
So as far as it goes, it's adequate, but I'm sure it could do a lot more for us if only we had a proper old-fashioned User Manual to show us in detail what to do and how to do it!"
