The Dyson AM03 is a bladeless pedestal fan. Unlike conventional fans, it uses Air Multiplier technology to pull in surrounding air and amplify it 16 times, resulting in a smooth airflow. With the new bladeless technology this pedestal fan also gathers less dust and is easier to clean.

"Excellent fan although very expensive. The remote control feature is FANTASTIC - to be able to have the fan positioned a distance away and yet able to fine tune the intensity whilst sat at a desk etc is almost worth the money. It does make a noise, although less than a traditional fan of the same size/intensity. I would buy it again, although I do view it as a luxury due to its price. Assembly took about 1 minute and it is not claustrphobic in a small space as there are no bulky blades - just an open space. The height and angle adjustment are excellent too. The air flow from the fan is very different due a conventional fan and the overall effect is gentler and smoother - much more pleasant and tolerable. With a conventional fan I am usually frequently turning it on and off (when I get cold enough and fed up with the force of the air and the noise) whereas with the Dyson I leave it on most of the time as it is much nicer and I just use the remote to slow down or speed up the air flow occasionally."

"Had this for a couple of weeks now and this fan is the best we have owned to date. It is quieter than all other fans on the market although you will still hear it when set to the higher power settings. It is perfect for the bedroom as you can set it to a slower setting that will not disturb your sleep. Only things I would change is to include a timer mode and move the IR remote sensor closer to the top of the product as it is currently a bit low. Apart from those small niggles and that huge price tag this is the perfect product."
