"I reserved this item to exchange it with a identical faulty one only to find when I got to the store that this item was recalled due to the fault but made no mention of this on the website.It would have been helpful to have known this prior to visiting the store as this would have given me the chance to chose a different one instead of having to do it in a very full store where staff were extremely busy."
