Best camping kettle!

"Had a Russell Hobbs travel kettle for camping which lasted for many years.until I managed to melt the cord a bit! Wanted a cordless, slightly larger one this time round. This compact one is brilliant! Just the right size and no unplugging it from the camping mains lead / extension lead to pour! More expensive than the travel version, but more versatile. I also use it to boil water for rice and pasta to save camping gas. Much lighter than a regular size kettle so easier for weak hands."

"I bought this kettle to replace previous model. Its not too heavy, capacity for 4 mugs. Boils fast is quiet. The illuminated qauge is an improvement but the base is very flimsy. I have my previous one which fits and is much better.
I liked the brushed finish better but this looks smart. Would have been 5 * if base had been more substantial."
