"Not had much luck as first toaster did not turn off on one side so returned to store and got a replacement only to find that one side did not stay down so returned item and got a full refund"

"Very please so far with this toaster, not quite as good or as fast as the twice as expensive model, but you get what you paid for
Only real complaint is it will not hold the full slice of bread, some of it protudes above the heating elements
Have only used it four times so far, but very happy with the product"
