"Not happy at all returned fryer basket far too small for size of the appliance no use for a family of 3 would hardly be big enough for 2 people"

"A perfectly functional thermostatically controlled deep fat fryer. Cooks enough chips for 2/3 people and holds enough oil to cook them properly. The heating element seems able to keep the temperature up to crisp the chips. Instructions say to leave the lid off during cooking (but not why) - suspect it may be to stop condensation falling back into the hot oil and foaming up. Using the basket rest to drain the food does allow a little oil to run down the outside, but a piece of kitchen paper handles this. Easy to empty and clean, as it breaks down to component parts without any tools. Good value for money"

"bought as a replacement, not very impressed as u carnt use with the lid on? dont know why there is a filter in lid as it is of no use at all. would advise to spend abit more money on a better product"
