RETURNED TOASTER

"Sadly, we gave this toaster a months trial but returned it yesterday. The first two slots popped up the toast as soon as the heating elements came on regardless of the temperature setting. We were also disappointed that whilst the model was essentially stainless steel, there was a lot of plastic on the outside.
Yes the toaster was slow but that was not an issue although the lead was also very short.
Altogether a disappointing purchase."

"This item was advertised to me at half price just when I was comtemplating purchasing a new toaster. I would probably not have wished to pay the original price, but was happy to pay the offer of half price. I am well satisfied with my purchase, which produces evenly toasted bread, and the automatically varying slot width is excellent for toasting crumpets and muffins."

"I bought this toaster for the fact that we have crumpets a lot in our house and they are forever getting stuck! This is no different, the "high-lift" was no higher than my previous toaster. That said, it is a very handsome toaster and does other items well."

"It fits well in the space at the end of the breakfast bar and looks good.
The toaster is wide enough to take thick bread or bagels and is easy to operate."
