Built like a chiefton tank
If your kenwood was produced before 1975,mine was built in 1961 ,much to my surprise. You have to cut the centre spindle down to about half so that it will fit.The outer part around the spindle is sprung loaded so you need to pull this back to cut it off.A two handed job but easy to do, took my son and I about 2 mins. Blends soup or drinks rally smooth.Well built bit of kit.

Great Value
The glass liquidizer jug is very sturdy, although a little heavy. Whilst it is easy to use, if you have mobility problems with your hands or arms then it would be more adivsable to purchase the plastic version which is lighter.

Kenwood Liquidiser
I purchased the Kenwood liquidiser at the same time as my brand new Kenwood Chef mixer and also the mincer attachment, the liquidiser makes light work of making soups and bread crumbs for my own stuffing mixes, obviously with the liquidiser being made from glass you need to do as the instructions state and let hot items cool before blending and don't put freezing cold items in the blender as it could shock the glass and break it, the liquidiser is fairly heavy with it being made from glass but it is a great item, I love everything I purchased in one go, the mixer, mincer attachment and liquidiser, plus there are much more attachments to purchase to fit the Kenwood Mixer, Highly Recommend these items to everyone, I'm well pleased with my purchases,

Replacement Blender
I Purchased this product to replace my previous one which had broken. It is a perfect replacement and fits exactly on my food mixer.
It saves a great deal of time when blending soups and other food.
